ASNA 2027's Case Competition
Whether you’re a seasoned case competition participant or looking to try something new, this is an exciting opportunity to tackle a timely, real-world actuarial challenge while strengthening your analytical, technical, and critical-thinking skills.
Theme:
This year’s competition explores “The Effect of GLP-1 Adoption on Life Insurance.” Throughout the competition, you will investigate how the growing adoption of GLP-1 medications may influence mortality trends and evaluate the potential long-term implications for life insurers.
Prize:
A $2,500 total prize pool awarded to the top 3 teams.
Who Can Participate?
- Teams of 2-4 members
- If you don’t have a team, you can register individually and we can help match you with one!
- All participants are eligible to compete
- ASNA 2027 Convention registration is required to participate in the final round
