Transportation

London

  • Buses will depart from the Huron Flats parking lot on the University of Western Ontario’s campus. Buses transfer directly to The Westin in Ottawa.
  • Departure from London is Thursday, January 15th, at 1:30 PM.
    • Arrival in Ottawa will be at approximately 10:00 PM.
  • Return leaves Ottawa on Sunday, January 18th at 1:00 PM.
    • Arrival in London is approximately 9:30 PM.

Cost for a round-trip departing from/returning to London: $175.

Waterloo

  • Buses will depart from the Davis Centre on the University of Waterloo’s campus. Buses transfer directly to The Westin in Ottawa.
  • Departure from Waterloo is Thursday, January 15th, at 2:00 PM.
    • Arrival in Ottawa will be at approximately 8:30 PM.
  • Return leaves Ottawa on Sunday, January 18th at 1:00 PM.
    • Arrival in Waterloo is approximately 7:30 PM.
  • Cost for a round-trip departing from/returning to Waterloo: $150.

Toronto

  • Buses will depart from Simcoe Hall on the University of Toronto’s campus (King’s College). Buses transfer directly to The Westin in Ottawa.
  • Departure from Toronto is Thursday, January 15th, at 6:00 PM.
    • Arrival in Ottawa will be at approximately 10:30 PM.
  • Return leaves Ottawa on Sunday, January 18th at 1:30 PM.
    • Arrival in Toronto is approximately 6:00 PM.

Cost for a round-trip departing from/returning to Toronto: $100.

Montréal

  • Buses will depart from Pavillon James on the McGill University’s downtown campus. Buses transfer directly to The Westin in Ottawa.
  • Departure from Montréal is Friday, January 16th, at 8:00 AM.
    • Arrival in Ottawa will be at approximately 10:30 AM.
  • Return leaves Ottawa on Sunday, January 18th at 2:00 PM.
    • Arrival in Montréal is approximately 5:00 PM.
  • Cost for a round-trip departing from/returning to Montréal: $100.

Québec City

  • Buses will depart from Alphonse-Desjardins Pavillon on the Université Laval’s campus. Buses transfer directly to The Westin in Ottawa.
  • Departure from Québec City is Friday, January 16th, at 7:00 AM.
    • Arrival in Ottawa will be at approximately 10:30 AM.
  • Return leaves Ottawa on Sunday, January 18th at 1:30 PM.
    • Arrival in Québec City is approximately 6:00 PM.
  • Cost for a round-trip departing from/returning to Québec City: $125.
